Q: How do I sign up for your training program?
A: Schedule an appointment with us via phone or e-mail (Contact Us) to get tested and fill out an application.


Q: What does the test include?
A: We will set up your bicycle on a trainer to measure your cardiovascular system at work.


Q: How long does your testing take?
A: 50-60 min.


Q: What do I need to get tested?
A: A bicycle with a computer that reads cadence and heart rate, cycling shoes, jersey, shorts and a workout towel.


Q: Do you have any age requirements?
A: Yes, we do. We would like to work with people between ages 10 and 70.


Q: Do you have health requirements?
A: We require your doctor's approval if you have any medical conditions.


Q: What if I belong to a certain club?
A: We work with cyclists from various clubs.


Q: What if I don't live in San Mateo?
A: We train people from all over the Bay.


Q: What if I can't bring my bike with me every time?
A: You can leave it at the gym.


Q: What if I always ride alone?
A: We will teach you to ride in a group.


Q: How much is the monthly fee and what does the monthly fee cover?
A: It covers the development of an individual training program, personal assistance of a coach at the gym and on the road, monitoring of your training program and training sessions, urgent bike care, a follow vehicle during group rides. Our monthly fee is $150. You can also take motor-pacing for an additional $20 per month and massage for $40/30 min. $80/60 min.
